Our Turmeric Falafel brings a touch of heat! An eclectic combo of garbanzo beans, turmeric, cayenne, onions, parsley, and Mediterranean herbs & spices.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Afia Falafel Ready in Minutes

BAKE
Heat a traditional oven or toaster oven to 425°. Place 3 Falafel on a baking sheet 1” apart on center rack of oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
AIR FRY
Place 3 Falafel into the air fryer. Heat at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
MICROWAVE
Place 3 Falafel onto a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 90 seconds (add 30 seconds per additional Falafel) 
 
 
     
The Falafel are sold frozen, and should be heated prior to eating    Individual appliances vary; cooking times may need adjusting to cook thoroughly    Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
