1 cup couscous, prepared according to package directions
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup arugula
1 TBS olive oil
1 TBS lemon juice
1 tsp Za’atar
Afia Turmeric Falafel, prepared according to package directions
1. Toss all ingredients (except falafel) together in a large bowl.
2. Place a serving of the couscous salad in a small bowl
