Chopped radishes
Chopped seedless cucumbers
Your favorite hummus
Feta cheese crumbles
Afia Turmeric Falafel, prepared according to package directions
Lemon wedges
Sumac yogurt (add 1 tsp sumac to 1 cup yogurt)
METHOD
1. Cut pita bread in half and warm by placing it on a medium heat pan for 45 seconds on each side.
2. Fill with greens, veggies, hummus, and then add your heated falafel.
3. Top with feta cheese crumbles.
4. Serve with lemon wedges and sumac yogurt on the side.
