Ingredients

  • 2-3 fresh Persian cucumbers (or 1 large English cucumbers), chopped

  • 1/2 cup ripe cherry tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (measured with your heart)

  • 1 tsp Afia Sumac Mediterranean Pantry Spice

  • Chopped fresh dill to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Afia Falafel or Kibbeh

 

Method

  1. Prep the Vegetables
    Chop cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to a serving bowl.

  2. Make the Dressing
    Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and Afia Sumac until well combined.

  3. Toss & Rest
    Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss gently. Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

  4. Cook Afia Falafel or Kibbeh according to package instructions
