*Afia Turmeric Falafel, prepared according to package directions
1. Place corn on the grill.
2. Slice zucchini and squash and grill for about one minute on each side.
3. Once corn in cooked, cut off the kernels.
4. Layer a large bowl with arugula, radishes, cherry tomatoes and the grilled veggies.
5. Dress everything with a champagne vinaigrette.
