This is the Falafel that started it all for Afia, and has been eaten by our family in Syria for generations. Made in the traditional way from only simple ingredients, this Falafel is moist, crispy, and so flavorful. Our mother-in-law even describes it as "falafel-icious," and we bet you might too!

The Falafel are sold frozen, and should be heated prior to eating. In a traditional oven or toaster oven, heat for 10-12 minutes at 425 degrees, or use an air fryer and heat at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
