White Bean Hummus with Pesto + Afia Kibbeh
INGREDIENTS1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained
¼ cup tahini
Juice from 2 lemons
3 garlic cloves
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp paprika
1 TBS hemp seeds
3 TBS olive oil
Sea Salt to taste
1 TBS pesto
Afia Beef Kibbeh, prepared according to package directions
Pepper drops, hemp seeds and/or toasted pine nuts
1. Place everything except olive oil in food processor.
2. Pulse until smooth.
3. Add olive oil through the top of the processor, while running the machine.
4. Add sea salt to taste.
5. Place in a shallow bowl & garnish.
6. Serve with your favorite Afia Kibbeh.
