Sub + Afia Falafel

Sub sandwich with fresh vegetables and Afia Falafel

Make a delicious sub at home with Afia Falafel.


Bakery rolls
Micro greens
Sliced avocado 
Sliced seedless cucumber
Yogurt or Labneh
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Olive oil
Afia Garlic & Herb Falafel, prepared according to package directions 


1. Slice rolls in half.

2. Brush with olive oil and toast in the oven at 425° for 5-8 minutes. 

3. Remove from oven & slather bottom with yogurt or labneh.

4. Layer cucumber, avocado and Afia Falafel.

5. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil and seal salt & pepper.

6. Top with micro greens.
