Sliced watermelon radishes
Your favorite mushrooms
Green onion curls

1. Prepare ramen soup.
2. To make the green onion curls, prepared thin slices of green onion. Place in ice water for 5 minutes, remove & dry on a towel.
3. Top with radishes, mushrooms, green onion curls and Afia Falafel.
4. Garnish with black sesame seeds and umami powder.
